Who We Are

With headquarters in Los Angeles, our collective experience includes years of raising dogs and cats, writing about them, rescuing them, training them, falling in love with them, and having our hearts broken by them. So it’s no surprise our sites have become the number one spot for humans searching for information about pets.

As our websites have grown, a devoted network of animal lovers has sprung up around them. Our community gives DogTime and CatTime a collective reach of over 6 million monthly unique visitors, not to mention all our fans on social media.

So it makes sense that we work with the largest advertisers in the pet industry. They want to reach passionate pet people and we’ve got ’em!

Expert Advice And Recommendations

Need advice on the best toys, food, or supplies for Fluffy? Count on DogTime to check out the latest products in the pet marketplace. From training treats to eco-friendly beds to gadgets and accessories, we’ve got reviews on both the must-haves and the wait-for-the-sale items.

And if it’s behavior, training, or adoption guidance you need, help is here. We have articles and interviews from expert trainers, behaviorists, and veterinarians, as well as pet parents, volunteers, and rescue workers.

Making A Difference

At DogTime and CatTime, we’re committed to helping adoptable animals and the rescue community.

In addition to providing dog and cat owners all the information they need to live happily and healthily with their pets, we also attend and cover pet charity events, shine a spotlight on notable non-profit organizations that help dogs and cats, and maintain a strong community of people who want to save animals on our Save a Dog and Save a Cat Facebook pages.

Finally, for those looking for a new addition to their family, we feature an Adoptable Dog and Adoptable Cat finder tool that helps people locate adoptable animals in their area. It’s powered by PetFinder and can show you more adoptable pets faster than the average dog can go fetch.

That’s our story and we couldn’t be more proud or excited. What started with the idea of two informational websites turned into something much larger–a supportive, interactive, pet-loving community and a network dedicated to making better lives for companion animals.
